Rimmel London Scandaleyes Retro Glam Mascara

Thanks to Influenster this was another product that I got to try for testing purposes in the RoseVoxBox. I love mascara and I've been using Rimmel products for as long as I can remember. I loved the shade which was black and it also comes in another shade extreme black. The brush itself is kinda big but does have a narrow end so you can get to those hard to reach areas in your lashes. I also like that it does pump up your lashes giving them that retro look. Overall a great product and I would recommend it. You can learn more about the product at http://us.rimmellondon.com/products/eyes/scandaleyes-retro-glam-mascara

Dr. Scholls For Her Cozy Cushions

Thanks to Influenster I got the RoseVoxBox in which I got to try these for free. I love Dr. Scholl's products and the For Her line is great and targeted towards women's needs in shoes/comfort with shoes. I could't wait to try these in my winter boots. Today was the perfect day to put on my boots with these cushions as we got some snow last night and it's been very chilly. They kept my feet warm and toasty in the cold weather. I almost didn't want to take my boots off as my feet were so warm. This is a great must have product for the winter weather. I loved how warm and dry my feet were all day. Also with any Dr. Scholl's product it provides support and comfort with any surface. It comes in sizes 6-10 which you can cut to fit your shoe/boot size. These retail for around $12.49 and can get them in most drug stores or major retailers. Kiss Gradation Polishes

Thanks to @influenster I got the complimentary #RoseVoxBox which included the Kiss Gradation Polish in the color Film Noir which was a silver and black tone polish. It retails for 6.99. When I first saw it I was a little intimidated as it was 3 different polishes that you had to put on in 3 different steps. It is also recommended to do one hand at a time. First off you use the base color which is labeled 1 and you paint your whole nail with this color. The trick for this one is to only use 2 coats of polish (per directions) even if it looks like its too light. When it dries you will be able to notice it. After the polish from step 1 dries the next step is the polished labeled 2 which is the black toned polish which you only want to put on 1/3rd of your nail. While your nail is still wet go ahead and apply the glitter polish which is step 3 which you want to use on half of your nail. The last polish is what gives it the nice glittery shine to it. After using this product I was pleasantly surprised by how well my nails turned out which I did soley on my own. Here is how my nails turned out.

Bath & Body Works Antibacterial Foaming Handsoap

Back in 2007-2009 I started a part-time job at Bath & Body Works. I really loved working there as I got too see and try all of their products. While I still use their lotions and shower gels by far my favorite item is their antibacterial  foaming hand soap. They actually have three different varieties of hand soaps which are the foaming, deep cleansing, and moisturizing. Most of the scents come in each variety and I love around the holidays they will have scents themed around that holiday. Fall is probably when the best scents come out plus they have all their Halloween products out. Usually the hand soaps will come in figurines bottles which really adds that extra touch.

I love the foaming hand soap as it is gentle on your hands while also giving them a really clean feel. Plus they are usually always on sell. Right now they are on sale for 4 for $15 or 6 for $20. I know I usually always try to keep them stocked as they can make great gifts as well. You can get them in stores or online at http://bathandbodyworks.com

Review of movie Would You Rather (2012)

So this weekend I had a free rental from Redbox and was in the mood for a good horror movie. I had browsed the Redbox site to get some ideas to see what new releases were out and I just happened upon Would You Rather. The synopsis of the movie is as follows a desperate young woman who is willing to do anything to help her ailing brother and finds herself in playing a real life game of would you rather hosted by a psycho millionaire. I was quite surprised by how much I really liked the movie. It starts out with a young woman named Iris who is at a job interview and you can tell she is desperate for a job. She mentions that she helps to take care of her brother after his "accident". We later come to find out that her brother has cancer and needs a transplant. She has no other family and she means the world to him. So when she visits his doctor he offers her a once in a lifetime opportunity in which she can compete for money and also her brothers medical care specifically a transplant. What the other participants don't realize is how sick and sadistic the host becomes with this so called game. He tries to start out innocent (or what he would think is innocent) enough by offering a vegetarian so much money to eat meat or offering money to a recovering alcoholic to take a drink. But then he gets down to the gritty part of Would You Rather scenarios in which you have the option to stab or whip someone and the game goes on like this. You can see the desperation on each of the participants faces. You can tell some do not want to be there but they have no option to leave and others will try to do anything to save their own self. It does have some very powerful and disturbing scenes. Overall a great movie if you are into that kind of thing. Here is a link to the imdb page http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1999995/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1. I think it should have a higher rating but to each their own I suppose

Olay Fresh Effects BB Cream

Also another item that I received for free in my Influenster SunVox Box was the Olay Fresh Effects BB Cream in the shade fair to light. This was my favorite product out of the box. This is a BB cream that has six skincare benefits in one tube! These benefits include protection as it does contain SPF 15, brightens skin, evens out skin tone, hydrates the face, smoother skin tone, and also is very refreshing. I have used this product in place of my moisturizer, foundation, and even concealer as it works as all three so another benefit for me was it also saved me a few extra minutes in the morning. My skin tone is light so this shade was perfect for me. I also thought product had great refreshing smell. It's not messy and went on without any problems. Goody Ouchless Ribbon Elastics

Also in my Summer VoxBox that I received free through Influenster I got to try the Goody Ouchless Ribbon Elastics. I myself love Goody hair products as my hair brush is also made by Goody and also I always use the Ouchless Little Black dress ponytail holders. I like that they come in different colors. They are also a little thicker than what I like to wear in my hair and I wasn't quite sure where to put the ribbon part if only wearing my hair up in a ponytail. If you are wearing pigtails or sometimes I like to do my hair in braids this is perfect for that. Also I noticed some of the girls wearing them on their wrist as a quick go to in case you need to put your hair up. You can read more about the Goody Ouchless Ribbon Elastics or other Goody products at http://www.goody.com///

Dr. Scholl's® For Her High Heel Insoles Review

I received the Sunkissed VoxBox from Influenster which included the Dr. Scholl's® For Her High Heel Insoles. These are made for women with shoe sizes 6-10 in heels 2 inches or higher. I tried these on my wedge heel shoes that are about 4 inches in length. They were very easy to put in and with the adhesive it made them stay in place. I noticed that after hours of wearing these insoles I didn't have nearly the pain in my heels or at my toes. If you are going to be wearing heels 2 inches or higher at any time I would highly recommend investing in a pair of those insoles. They retail for $10.99 at major retailers and drug stores. This right here is my favorite pair of heels with the insoles.
